July - Growing up Fawn

Earlier this year, I spotted a mother deer and her fawn. Today it looks as if the fawns are growing up.

The photos aren't the best, but the sun was in the wrong place.....couldn't have been me.

All in all, it was an enjoyable walk.

It was so gorgeous today, I couldn't resist. I fragrance of the lake was so clean and wonderful. Love the aroma of a fresh body of water. The wind and sun were perfect for this photo.

Deer and Fawn Thursday, May 31, 2007

Wow, what a walk!
You can walk on a nature trail time after time, and not stumble across a thing, then one day you discover magic. Today was magic. A day I will always remember and with the help of blogger, I will always have the photos to prove it really happened.

True to nature, spring will bring a bounty of new life into the world. A mother deer and her baby fawn were spotted as I walked along.

Enjoy the photos and feel free to use these if you like, all I ask for is a link to my site in return.

Adena's Covered Bridge and Stream

Along this nature walking trail, you will find a red covered bridge, nice size pond, and little streams. This is a very nice place to take your exercise.

Walking the Adena Nature Trail

This pretty little butterfly landed on my hand, while walking the Adena nature trail.

Swim, Walk, and Fly!

The nature trail offered many exotic animals this week. Snapping turtles, little fluffy bunnies playing with wild ducks. You would be suprised at the nature of the beast. One wild butterfly rested on my hand. Such is nature, it knows no bounds.
